Bytewell Refund Policy
This policy covers Bytewell Pro licenses bought at bytewell.app (checkout by Stripe). Other Axleno products have their own refund policies on their own websites.
We want you to be happy with what you buy. That's why every Pro feature of Bytewell can be tried free for 14 days before you pay.
30-day money-back guarantee
If Bytewell Pro isn't right for you, email ismail@axleno.com within 30 days of purchase with your order email, and we will refund the full amount. No questions asked. Refunds go back to the original payment method; how long they take to appear depends on your bank.
After a refund
Once refunded, the license is cancelled: within about a week it stops unlocking Pro on every Mac, and Bytewell keeps working as the free version. You can remove the key right away in Bytewell › Settings › License › Sign Out.
Other cases
After 30 days, we consider refunds case by case — for example if a bug we cannot fix stops the app from working on your Mac. This policy does not limit any rights you have under your local consumer law.
